The following list are the responsibilities of the youth positions. Special Note – these positions do not count toward Scout or Venturing Ranks.

Chapter Chief

● Leads the Chapter
● Organizes and plans meetings with other Chapter Officers
● Makes sure that the Chapter Officers are doing their jobs
● Comes to Meetings, Events and Chapter EC Meetings, early.
● Represents the Chapter on the Lodge EC
● Encourages youth to be active in the OA
● Helps with the District Camporee
● Attends LLD – Lodge Leadership Development
● Reports to the Chapter Adviser

Vice Chief of Program

● Plans Chapter Service Projects
● Helps plan Meetings, Summer Events and Chapter activities
● Comes to Meetings, Events and Chapter EC Meetings
● Attends LLD – Lodge Leadership Development
● Helps with the District Camporee
● Reports to the Chapter Chief and Program Adviser

Vice-Chief of Ceremonies

● Recruits members for Ceremony Team
● Organizes Ceremony Team and makes sure they have practices
● Helps plan Meetings, Summer Events and Chapter activities
● Comes to Meetings, Events and Chapter EC Meetings
● Attends LLD – Lodge Leadership Development
● Helps with the District Camporee
● Works with packs to schedule AOL Ceremonies
● Reports to the Chapter Chief and Ceremonies Adviser

Vice Chief of Administration

● Organizes Unit Elections
● Organizes Unit Election Training for election teams
● Makes sure there are people for each election
● Makes sure Troops have proper paperwork
● Turns in election results to Adviser
● Helps plan Chapter Meetings and other activities
● Attends Meetings, Events and Chapter EC Meetings
● Attends LLD – Lodge Leadership Development
● Helps with the District Camporee
● Reports to the Chapter Chief and Admin Adviser

Vice Chief of Communications

● Sends out emails about upcoming chapter meetings and events
● Updates the Website, Facebook Group, Twitter and Instagram
● Helps plan Meetings and other Chapter activities
● Attends Meetings, Events and Chapter EC Meetings
● Attends LLD – Lodge Leadership Development
● Helps with the District Camporee
● Reports to the Chapter Chief and Communications Adviser

Vice Chief of Finance

● Buys food and other items for Chapter Meetings
● Maintains paper goods and brings to each meeting
● Helps make a budget for the Chapter
● Helps plan Meetings and other Chapter activities
● Attends Meetings, Events and Chapter EC Meetings
● Attends LLD – Lodge Leadership Development
● Helps with the District Camporee
● Reports to the Chapter Chief and Finance Adviser
